I use Fedex Ground for all packages, with full insurance upon request for an additional fee.
I understand that purchasing artwork without seeing it first can be a risky venture. Therefor, within the first week (5 business days) of receiving your painting you may return it to me for a full refund if it does not meet your expectations (minus the percentage that Etsy and other third parties like Paypal charge in commission fees, otherwise I would be taking a loss). Buyer must pay for return shipping, including insurance, and I cannot refund your shipping fee. After the first week, I will accept a painting back in exchange for a painting of equal or lesser value up until 14 days after the purchase. Should you wish to see additional photos and views of a specific painting, please contact me.
