HOW TO COLLECT
ONLINE
Through my Square Shop: I have an online shop with available paintings listed:
IN PERSON
The Gallery at Agate Architecture is open! Gabriella Soraci Fine Art is located in South Eugene inside my husband Michael Soraci's architecture office. Hours by appointment. Contact me to arrange a time to visit.
PACKING, SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
Shipping:
I use UPS Ground for all packages, with full insurance. When you view a painting listing you will see a menu to select the shipping type (you can choose local pickup if you do not need the artwork shipped). If you would like to ship priority or oversees, please contact me with your full address and phone number so that I can calculate the proper amount to charge and I will make you a custom listing.
Packing:
Paintings leaving the studio are delivered to Eugene Mailboxes weekly on Wednesdays. If you place an order after noon Pacific Time on Wednesday your artwork will be packed on the following Friday. Rush orders are available at $30 per artwork.
Print Fulfillment and Shipping:
Print orders are placed weekly on Wednesdays. If you purchase a print after noon Pacific Time on Wednesday your order will be placed the following Wednesday. Web Picture Frame Prints will fulfill the order and mail it within 1 week. Rush orders are available at $30 per print.
Return Policy
Within the first week (5 business days) of receiving your painting you may return it to me for a full refund if it does not meet your expectations (minus the 3.5 percentage in seller fees). Buyer must pay for return shipping, including insurance, and I cannot refund any shipping fees. I will accept a painting back in exchange for a painting of equal or lesser value up until 30 days after the purchase, with the same instructions for return. After 30 days sales are final.
FRAMING
Unless otherwise noted, paintings will arrive unframed, with sides painted and ready to hang. Should you wish to see additional photos and views of a specific painting, please contact me. I'm happy to answer any questions.
WORKS ON PAPER
Unless otherwise noted, works on paper need to be framed or mounted in order to hang on the wall. There are a few different methods for this, but the most common is to mat the painting and frame it under glass. I offer help with matting works on paper and custom framing at an hourly rate if you need assistance (see below).
CUSTOM FRAMING
If you would like assistance with custom framing, I offer that service at a rate of $30/hour. How it works:
I use Web Picture Frames which is an online retail shop with a physical location here in Eugene Oregon (Vistra Framing). I help you choose a frame either in person or virtually at the shop if you are out of town. I order the frame, pick up the order, install the artwork in the frame, and deliver or ship it to you. We make a contract and I send you a separate invoice for payment. I love framing artwork and can provide examples of past paintings I have framed for collectors.
